i've never been a baker. in fact, i have a breadmaker we got for our wedding almost 7 years ago and it's been used maybe 9 times. bread hasn't ever been my thing. everyone says how easy it is. hmmmm, not for me. well, for christmas mike surprised me with a wheat grinder/mill and a new mixer...to grind my wheat and bake my bread. so, i gave it a try.
it tasted wonderful.

Perhaps oops again, just checked and the plural should be geniuses, i need to go back to school for sure!! I still love you all!!

can we please not be to harsh on spelling and grammer...i do teach english in a high school but you know the kiddies i teach and i do have that disability, which is spelling and grammer. oh and suni, your bread does look yummy...
Awesome!! Well done. I never started baking bread either until maybe 4 years ago, but I can't stop now because I find the end product SO incredibly wonderful :)
